Pricing FAQ

Is the free trial really free? For how long?

Sure, the first 30 days are free of charge. Just sign up for our trial and make the most of it. No credit card required.

What happens when my trial period ends?

You will be asked to choose a paid plan based on applications (or add-ons) and the number of employees (only with employment status “hired”).

After the trial ends, your account will be deactivated, but your data will remain intact in case you decide to come back later and upgrade your plan. You will have 3 months to do that. After this time, your account and all data will be deleted permanently.

How can I cancel my trial before it ends?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account. Simply go to your account settings and click “Billing details” and then “Delete account”.

What payment options do you accept?

We provides several payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)
  • Bank wire transfer (available for the annual payment and with additional transaction fee)

You can pay in EUR, USD, and PLN. Additionally, we offer automatic renewals. If you select this option, your credit card will be automatically charged for the next payment period usually 3 days before your active subscription expires.

For annual plans, we can also send you an invoice that can be paid by bank wire transfer or cheque. Please contact us to change your payment method. Monthly plans must be paid by credit card.

Do I have to subscribe to all applications?

No, you are free to choose the applications you need.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, we offer an annual subscription as well. Subscribe to the 30-day trial and then choose the annual payment.

TIP: Most of our customers start with 1-3 months of a monthly payment and then switch to the annual payment.

Can I change the apps after my subscription starts?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. In case of upgrading the subscription, you will be charged only for the difference between pricing plans, calculated for the days left until the end of your current payment period.

Does the pricing include VAT?

Prices provided on tomHRM website exclude VAT. The tax has to be paid in your country. For our Polish customers, we will add VAT to the invoice.

What does "Employee" mean in the pricing?

Prices are calculated based on the number of employees (employee pools) with the status “employed”.

An Employee or a Contractor is a unique User with a unique ID in the app. You can add your employees in a few easy ways, e.g. using spreadsheet import, filling out a form, or via API.

What does "Job opening" mean?

A “Job opening” is an open recruitment for a position that you can use to add and collect candidate applications.

A single job opening may include more than one vacancy for the same position. Job openings can be described using different criteria such as department, location, job position, vacancy, job description, etc.; and can have one of the following statuses: Active, Internal, Closed for new candidates, Archived.

You will only be charged for your open recruitments (Active, Internal, Closed for new candidates), whereas Archived recruitments will not be counted.

Do I need to buy Expert Setup and Onboarding?

No, tomHRM is user-friendly enough for you to set up and implement it on your own. However, should you need help, you can purchase the add-on and get a dedicated consultant to help you with the setup.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 20% discount if you opt for the annual subscription.

Can I cancel at any time?

There is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you decide tomHRM is not for you, simply cancel before your next billing period. This date is listed on your billing page. No refunds for partial use or the period of time left in your subscription are offered.

Is tomHRM secure and GDPR compliant?

tomHRM has offices within the European Union and a dedicated EU-hosting option with a certified server infrastructure, based in Poland, Ireland and Germany. We are fully GDPR compliant and ensure full data security and privacy.
