Reset password by SMS
Users who don’t have an email account can restore/reset and set a new password via SMS. The feature is available to customers with a subscription with an annual billing period.
To make this option available to your users, enable it in the Settings > Parameters > Security tab.
Steps:
- In the password reminder form, the user enters a mobile phone number with the country code of the country he is located (e.g. +48 for Poland). The mobile phone number must be entered in his employee profile.
- An SMS text message with a one-time code will be sent to the provided phone number
- The code should be entered in the next visible form.
- After entering the correct code, the user will be redirected to the form for setting a new password.
