tomHRM supports SSO via Google (Workspace), Microsoft (Azure AD / Microsoft 365), Okta, OneLogin, Slack, and the universal OAuth 2.0 protocol. Users log in with one company account, no separate tomHRM password to create or remember. You keep central access control, and disabling an employee at the identity provider instantly restricts their platform access.
Yes. tomHRM syncs employee data with Microsoft Azure AD and Google Workspace, automatically creating and updating accounts and mirroring the org structure. Your employee base stays current, with no manual account changes every time the team changes.
Yes. tomHRM ships a ready, free integration with Poland's National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), available in the "Cost invoice workflow" module. It automatically pulls cost invoices from KSeF into tomHRM and routes them for approval.
Yes. SSO and OAuth 2.0 mean tomHRM never stores your systems' passwords, authorization happens at the identity provider. API traffic runs over HTTPS, and the platform is GDPR-compliant. See our "Security" and "GDPR" pages for details.
The KSeF integration is free. Other integrations depend on your plan, check the pricing page for details or ask our team to recommend the right fit.
