Video calls with candidates in ATS

In the era of lockdown and remote work, we’ve maximized our efforts in order to provide our users with a solution to conduct online interviews with candidates.

You no longer have to use additional tools to meet online with your candidates.

The video call can be planned directly from the tomHRM ATS module. When scheduling an Online meeting with the candidate, you’ll see a link to the conference room.

You’ll be able to copy the link and send it via email or SMS to the candidate and other interviewers.

This feature is available free of charge in the ATS software until further notice. A more advanced version may become available in the future for an additional charge.
The feature is still in a beta stage, so any comments and suggestions are welcome.
The meeting room is limited to 4 people and the meeting time can’t exceed 45 minutes.
