2007
The software house is born
ENNOVA Software House is founded — the company tomHRM formally grew out of.
2014
The SaaS spark
We start looking for our next SaaS idea. “We're too small to build recruitment software,” we think back then. It all begins with Alvin Toffler's “The Third Wave”.
2015
The “all-in-one” trend
We watch the US market shift: companies are tired of single-purpose HR apps. Appetite grows for one consistent platform.
2016
The tomHRM concept
We decide to merge several apps into one — training and ATS. As a software house we receive more and more requests for HR process software. The idea for tomHRM is born.
2017
First release, first customers
We launch tomHRM: a product site and an application, still without the SaaS layer. We test the market. First customers: Mercedes-Benz Poland, x-kom, Alior Leasing.
2018
AULERY finalists
tomHRM reaches the finals of the AULERY awards — one of the most important distinctions in the Polish HR industry.
2019
Full-scale SaaS
On 19 May we launch the full-scale tomHRM SaaS — with an innovative pricing model, a public product roadmap and features no other HR tech SaaS offered in Poland.
2022
11 modules in the platform
tomHRM grows to 11 modules covering key HR processes — from recruitment and onboarding to development and performance reviews.
2024
15 modules and new integrations
We extend the platform to 15 modules and launch integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and enova365.
2025
16 modules and 4 add-ons
The tomHRM catalogue reaches 16 modules and 4 premium add-ons, so the platform fits the HR maturity of any organisation.
2026
AI Assistant for tomHRM users
In May we release an Assistant that complements our support team and answers questions about the tomHRM app. Again, a first in Polish HR tech.

Everything about and for the employee in one place
We pass 100,000 users and set a new direction for tomHRM: one place holding all the information about — and for — every employee.
