The Barcelona edition of Tendencias en retribución y recompensa en 2027, APD's annual pay and reward forum, takes place on 25 November 2026 from 9:30 to 13:15 at the Auditori Naturgy, Avinguda Diagonal 525. APD, the Spanish management association, frames the session around the main compensation trends for 2027: pay transparency, gender pay equity and pay audits (mandatory in Spain for companies with an equality plan), and flexible, personalised reward packages that go beyond base salary and bonus.
