Tendencias en retribución y recompensa en 2027 is the annual pay and reward forum organised by APD, the Spanish management association, together with the consultancy Peoplematters. The Madrid session takes place on 12 November 2026 from 9:00 to 13:20 at the Auditorio Naturgy, Avenida de América 38. The agenda opens with the latest pay trends for the new scenario, followed by Naturgy's case on job evaluation as a lever for pay equity, a session on how to explain pay decisions now that the EU pay transparency directive is here, Exolum's experience with variable pay for strategic projects, AI applied to compensation, a round table on automation and real experiences in professionalising reward. Speakers include Enrique Tapia (Naturgy), Susana Marcos (Peoplematters) and reward leaders from Google, LALIGA, Acciona, Prosegur and Telefónica. The forum is in Spanish, and attendees register with an apd.es account.
