Konferencia Chopok Nr. 2/2026 is HRcomm's second Chopok conference of the year, held on 22–23 October 2026 at Wellness Hotel Chopok in Demänovská Dolina near Liptovský Mikuláš. Titled “HR 2.0: the future started yesterday, pay fairness today and learning as a condition for tomorrow”, it links three pillars: the impact of AI and technology on people management, pay transparency and fair reward, and continuous learning. Day one opens with VÚB banka macroeconomist Michal Lehuta on the Slovak labour market, followed by sessions from EMARK, BVS and Jaguar Land Rover's reward team, a panel of business leaders and a talk on moving from regulation to smart reward. Day two covers agile leadership in the AI era and Škoda Academy's approach to transforming learning. The fee includes two lunches, coffee breaks and a dinner with evening programme, and a 20% discount applies to day-one-only attendance. The conference is in Slovak.
