The CIPD in Ireland Annual Conference 2027 is the flagship conference of CIPD in Ireland and takes place on Thursday 20 May 2027 – International HR Day – at the RDS in Ballsbridge, Dublin, from 08:30 to 18:00. Under the theme "Reimagining the Workplace of the Future", it brings together leading thinkers, business leaders and HR practitioners to explore the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of work. The organiser plans a curated programme of keynote presentations, panel discussions and practical case studies on the future direction of work, productivity, performance and sustainable business success, with networking with HR and business leaders from across Ireland. Tickets range from €425 to €584.25 depending on membership; cancellations must be made in writing, with no refunds after 13 May 2027.
