About the event
Congreso Factor Humano is the HR congress run by IFAES under its Factor Humano brand, held in Madrid in spring and in Barcelona in autumn. The Barcelona edition takes place on Thursday 15 October 2026 from 8:30 to 18:00 at La Farga L'Hospitalet – Centro de Actividades, entrance via Carrer de Barcelona 2 (not through the shopping centre). The organiser expects around 1,000 professionals from HR departments and 70 speakers, with debate panels on current HR topics and activities in the exhibition area where sponsors present their products and services. The event is aimed at people responsible for HR, talent, recruitment, training and compensation. Access to the conference and exhibition is by nominative invitation and is limited to practising HR professionals; consultants and suppliers may attend only as sponsors. The programme is in Spanish. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the combination of practitioner panels and an expo in one day is an efficient way to compare HR tools and practices.
