About the event
Corp & PEOPLE Summit is billed by its organiser as an HR innovation forum that brings together, by invitation, HR departments of large companies and technology providers. The second edition takes place on 21 and 22 October 2026 at the Mezquita Center in Córdoba, a few minutes from the historic centre. The two-day format mixes keynotes, case studies, panel debates, jam sessions, team-building activities and personalised One2One meetings with technology partners. The 2026 content areas are HR as a strategic partner, ethical AI and analytics in HR (including governance and the AI Act), organisational culture in difficult times, compensation and the new EU pay transparency rules, resilient leadership and burnout prevention among middle managers, and wellbeing and diversity. Speakers include economist Santiago Carbó of CUNEF and HR leaders from Cox and Barceló. The event is in Spanish. Invited guests attend free, with travel, accommodation and meals covered. Although it targets large employers, its sessions on pay transparency and middle-manager burnout also apply to 51–250-employee companies.
