About the event
The Deutscher Human Resources Summit, organised by the HR magazine Personalwirtschaft (F.A.Z. Business Media), is a two-day meeting of HR decision-makers held on 11–12 November 2026 at the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden (Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1). The 2026 edition, the 17th, runs under the motto "Nur Mut – Take the lead." and expects around 300 HR leaders. Announced speakers include Gina Vargiu-Breuer (SAP), Martin Seiler (Deutsche Bahn), Angelika Kambeck (TKMS), Lucie Prinz (Aleph Alpha) and Janina Kugel. Agenda themes cover AI transformation, restructuring, workforce planning and skills management, new leadership models and the role of HR, with parallel tracks and time for networking. In the evening the Deutscher Personalwirtschaftspreis is awarded to innovative HR projects. The event is held in German and aimed at HR leaders of mid-sized and large companies; consultancies outside the sponsor group cannot attend. Ticket details are on the organiser's registration page.
