The DGFP // Global Mobility Conference is organised by the German Association for People Management (DGFP) and billed by the organiser as Germany's largest specialist conference for global mobility and travel management in SMEs and large companies. The 2027 edition combines two in-person days at KPMG Law in Frankfurt am Main on 3 and 4 March 2027 with online modules on 9 and 11 March. More than 25 sessions and round tables cover the business case for global mobility, executives in cross-border dual roles, the EU Posting of Workers Directive and equal pay, shadow and split payroll, strategic travel management and AI in mobility workflows. Speakers include practitioners from QIAGEN, FUJIFILM Europe, Doppelmayr and ENERCON. The in-person days are reserved for in-house global mobility practitioners; service providers may join the online part only. The conference is held in German. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees that send staff abroad, it offers practical guidance on payroll, tax and legal compliance.
