Employer Branding Conference 2026, autumn edition, is a one-day Romanian conference on employer branding organised by Evensys Consult. It takes place on 6 October 2026 at Hotel JW Marriott in Bucharest under the theme “The Next Chapter: Reinventing Work, Redefining Employer Brands”, and is billed by the organiser as Romania's most important event on employer brand promotion, aimed at specialists in HR, employer branding and corporate communication. Agenda themes include reconnecting the employer brand with internal reality, trust as a differentiator, a skills-first EVP, measuring employer branding as a business case, co-creating the brand with employees, closing the gap with candidate expectations, leaders as brand voices and content that converts.
