The FHRD Annual HR Conference, organised by Malta's Foundation for Human Resources Development, is presented by the organiser as the number one HR event of its kind in Malta. The 2026 edition takes place on Friday 23 October at the Hilton Malta Conference Centre in Portomaso, St Julian's, running from registration at 08:15 to the close at 16:40. The programme opens with FHRD President Noel Debono and features keynotes by culture expert Jane Sparrow, leadership communication strategist Amit Grinvald and Dr Rosa M. Colón-Kolacko, a panel on the strategic HR engine, and nine parallel workshops covering HR strategy, adaptive leadership for hybrid teams, inclusion, change management and AI for HR, including its regulation. An expo, networking lunch and the presentation of HR Quality Mark certificates complete the day. Standard rates are €215 excl. VAT for FHRD corporate members and €245 excl. VAT for non-members. The practical, workshop-heavy format suits HR managers in companies with 51–250 employees who need usable tools rather than big-picture trends.
