Forum HR – People & Culture is Comunicazione Italiana's annual forum for the world of work and HR management, now in its 18th edition. It takes place on 18–19 November 2026 at Università IULM in Milan, with sessions starting at 9:00. The 2026 theme is “People Voice”, looking at how organisations listen to employees and turn that input into decisions, culture and strategy. The organiser cites more than 400 speakers and 3,000 attendees among HR directors and top managers, with talk shows, business matching, workshops, closed-door executive circles and thematic tables. Programme topics include wellbeing as part of people strategy, AI and employee voice, pay transparency under the EU directive transposed by Italy's Legislative Decree 96/2026, internal mobility, skills-based organisations and continuous feedback. Many sessions are recorded and published on demand on ComunicazioneItaliana.TV. A content pass costs €100 and covers the main, phygital, workshop and International Hub sessions.
