HR Congress Personalistika 2027 is the congress of Svaz personalistů České republiky, the Czech association of HR professionals, and takes place in Prague on 24 November 2026. The association confirms that the congress will host the ceremonial announcement of the winner of Randstad Personalista roku 2026 (HR Professional of the Year), a competition run with long-standing partner Randstad. Nominations were open from 1 to 30 September 2026 and, for the first time, HR professionals could nominate a colleague as well as themselves; competition projects are due by 25 October. The detailed programme and venue had not been published at the time of writing. Registration runs through the association's HR events calendar, and HR CONGRESS participants receive a certificate of attendance in their user profile. The event is held in Czech. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, it is an opportunity to meet peers from the national HR community and see which HR projects the profession recognises.
