About the event
HR-dagarna is the annual people conference organised by Sveriges HR Förening, the Swedish HR Association. The 2026 edition runs on 6–7 October at Södra Teatern in Stockholm under the theme "Turning complexity into action". Day one opens at 08:15 with breakfast and features keynotes by AI expert Paulina Modlitba and social analyst Olof Gränström, a panel with the association's Research Council, a session on leading People & Culture at Lovable, Deep Dive Sessions on topics such as AI for HR, suicide prevention at work and learning culture, and the Kerstin Hesselgren award. Day two is an interactive morning of six parallel Co-creation Labs based on design thinking; one lab is held in English, while the rest of the programme is in Swedish. The regular ticket price is SEK 2,995 excl. VAT. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the Deep Dive Sessions and labs offer practical, peer-based formats that translate well to smaller HR functions.
