HR Days is a conference for leaders, managers and HR professionals organised by MojPosao, part of Alma Career, which has been running for 14 years. The 2027 edition takes place from 27 April (17:00) to 29 April (15:00) at Hotel Lone in Rovinj, on the Istrian coast. The organiser stresses that it is not only for HR specialists but for everyone who manages people, from team leaders to board members. The three days combine lectures by international and regional experts, practical workshops, the best regional HR practices and interactive formats such as an HR townhall, speed dating and wine tasting. Across its history the conference counts 321 speakers, 5,838 participants and 381 HR practices presented. The early bird fee is €649 excl. VAT until 19 February 2027, and remote participation costs €290 excl. VAT; volume discounts apply, and accommodation is booked separately at special Maistra rates. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the focus on applied practice makes it a useful source of ready-to-adapt ideas.
