HR Executive Nordic is a one-day conference for Nordic HR executives and practitioners organised by Professio Executive. The 2026 edition, themed "The New Way Forward" with a focus on evolving leadership and culture, takes place on Thursday 10 December 2026 at Clarion Hotel Helsinki – Jätkäsaari and is run as a hybrid event. The organiser announces 10+ speakers and 250+ participants. The agenda covers post-job organisations and fluid roles, accountability for AI-assisted people decisions, continuous learning at scale, AI in workforce planning, fair compensation decisions and pay transparency. Keynotes come from author and futurist Katja Schipperheijn and capability architect Deana Nannskog, formerly of Ingka Group (IKEA), with a session by Iris Lagerström of VTT on pay transparency; journalist Peter Nyman moderates. The day runs from 08:00 to 15:30. Tickets are listed at €995 + VAT, with a 10% discount for groups of three or more.
