HR EXPO, billed by IFEMA MADRID as Spain's leading fair for people and team management, brings together HR suppliers and practitioners around technology, benefits, training, talent and workplace wellbeing. The 2026 edition takes place on 18 and 19 November in Hall 2 of the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre, open 9:30–19:00 on Wednesday and 9:30–17:00 on Thursday. Besides the exhibition with product demos, the published conference programme lists more than 180 sessions across themed rooms, on topics such as leadership, burnout, AI and the changing relationship between employer and employee; seminar seats cannot be booked and are allocated on arrival. The fair is open only to professionals, not the general public, and the organiser may ask for proof of professional activity. Entry is free for visitors who register in advance. Sessions are mostly in Spanish. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the fair is a practical place to compare HRIS, time-tracking and benefits providers side by side in one visit.
