HR Innovation Forum is a one-day fair on product and process innovation in talent management, organised by Join Us Eventi and described by the organiser as Italy's leading event of its kind. The autumn edition, the 14th, takes place on 5 November 2026 at Fondazione Golinelli, Via Paolo Nanni Costa 14, Bologna. The format combines a conference area with a single track of seminars on digital and non-digital HR solutions and an exhibition area where Italian and international HR vendors present their services. Seminars and workshops focus on attracting, engaging and retaining talent, with case studies from companies that have developed notable HR strategies and data from recent field research. Exhibitors also offer one-to-one meetings via an online agenda. In-person attendance costs €50 per person for HR executives such as HR directors, HR managers and talent acquisition managers, while HR consultants and vendors pay €300, with a maximum of five such registrations. For HR managers in companies with 51–250 employees, it is an affordable day to scout talent management tools.
