About the event
The HR Innovation Roundtable at Nokia is a closed-door workshop run by HR Leaders with event partner Workhuman and hosted by Kristen Pressner, Nokia's Chief People Officer. It brings together around 40 Chief HR Officers and global HR and total rewards executives from leading global brands. Day one, 28 October 2026, starts at 12:45 at the Executive Experience Centre on Nokia Campus in Espoo and ends with networking and a private dinner; day two, 29 October, takes place at Nokia's International Training Centre in Båtvik. Sessions cover the CHRO agenda, recognition, the CHRO–CIO partnership on AI, Nokia's People Digital Strategy, work redesign, skills strategy and agentic HR operating models, with speakers from Nokia, Merck, Vanguard, SAP and GE Vernova. Attendance is by application and limited to senior HR practitioners from organisations with 5,000+ employees, at most two per company. It is therefore not open to most HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, but its themes show where enterprise HR practice is heading.
