About the event
The HR Innovation Roundtable Summit is a two-day, corporate-only HR conference organised by Innovation Roundtable ApS; 2026 is its 5th edition. It runs on 4–5 November 2026 at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center in Copenhagen, in parallel with the Innovation Roundtable Summit (3–5 November) and the Marketing Innovation Roundtable Summit (3–4 November), and one ticket gives access to all three. The organiser expects 700 corporate attendees from 300 multinationals. The HR programme combines keynotes and track talks by around 25 senior speakers, peer-to-peer roundtables and expert-led labs across five themes: future of work, agile HR, HR tech and people analytics; talent acquisition and management; employee experience, engagement and D&I; organisational development; and culture and leadership for innovation. Special rates valid until 9 October 2026 are €1,615 + VAT for non-member companies and €1,330 + VAT for member companies. Attendance is restricted to corporate professionals from large firms, so for HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees it is mainly relevant where the company is part of a larger group.
