HR Innovation Summit (#HRIS26) is the congress on HR innovation and talent co-organised by the trade media outlet RRHHDigital and the Spanish HR directors' association AEDRH. The ninth edition takes place on 1 October 2026 at La Nave Madrid, Calle Cifuentes 5, with a HR Startup Competition semi-final the day before. The programme runs from 9:00 across three stages (EY Stage, Tech&People and La Nave Stage) plus a workshop area, with sessions on pay transparency and pay audits, managers leading hybrid teams with AI agents, absenteeism, ageism, mental health and HR technology in mid-sized companies. RRHHDigital expects more than 150 speakers and around 1,500 attendees. Sessions are in Spanish and streamed live. Passes cost €199 (full day), €59 (afternoon only) or €99 (online only). The dedicated sessions on pay transparency and on implementing HR technology in mid-sized firms make it useful for HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees.
