About the event
The HR Inside Summit is billed by its organiser, HR Inside, as the largest HR event in the DACH region. The 2026 edition takes place on 14 and 15 October 2026 at the Hofburg Vienna, with more than 2,000 participants expected. Over two days the programme spans six stages and more than 100 speakers: keynotes and panels on the main stage, sessions on the side stages, pop-up workshops in an open-space format and deep dives, plus a dedicated SME (KMU) stage with talks for small and medium-sized companies. Partners present their services in an exhibition lounge area, and lunch is included in every ticket category. On the evening of 14 October the HR Award gala honours HR projects and personalities in eight categories. The event is held in German; published ticket prices are net prices for people working in HR. With its SME stage, the summit offers HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees content scaled to their reality.
