HR Kennisfestival is a one-day knowledge event where the Dutch trade titles PW., Arbo and Salarisnet bring HR, occupational health and payroll professionals together under one roof. The 2026 edition takes place on Tuesday 24 November 2026 at NBC Congrescentrum in Nieuwegein, starting at 09:30, and is positioned as preparation for the changes that will affect work and pay in 2027. The day opens and closes with shared keynotes, while participants build their own programme across three rounds of breakout sessions. Themes for HR include new legislation and regulation, undesirable behaviour at work, digitalisation and AI, sustainable employability, the labour market, and vitality and mobility; recent session topics include pay transparency legislation, sick-pay rules and preventing mental-health absence. Keynote speakers have included Ayca Szapora, Sanne Cornelissen and Aukje Nauta. Tickets cost €499 excl. VAT, or €399 for subscribers and groups. The programme is in Dutch. For HR teams at companies with 51–250 employees, it condenses a year of legal and payroll updates into a single day.
