About the event
The 8th edition of Poznań’s HR conference, themed „Sprawczość” (Agency/Impact). Day one at Concordia Design features presentations in dynamic formats: Turbo Talks, HR Ring (debates), ConcRE_t kawa, Wielb_błąd and HR Wake-Up Breakfast. Day two at Collegium Da Vinci includes specialist workshop tracks (e.g., with Radek Czahajda) and networking opportunities. The event is aimed at the HR community, managers, and team leaders, with a focus on AI, modern tools, and the practical implementation of change within organisations.
