About the event
HR Meeting is Meeting International's long-running national convention on human resources and training, now reaching its 34th edition. It takes place on 14–15 April 2027 at the Centro Congressi Parc Hotel in Peschiera del Garda, on Lake Garda. The closed-door format pairs about 100 HR directors with consulting, recruitment, training and software firms: a technical dossier is sent to all participants 20 days before the event, each side chooses who to meet, and the organiser builds individual schedules of 30-minute one-to-one appointments. According to the organiser, each edition has had at least 40 sponsors. Conferences run between meetings, with announced topics including gamification in HR processes, leadership transitions, integrated HR analytics, moving from AI training to AI adoption, psychological health and safety, and welfare trends in Italian companies. Participation is by selection; details are in the organiser's brochure. For HR managers at companies with 51–250 employees, the pre-planned meetings make vendor scouting efficient.
