Corporate Wellbeing is a one-day conference by the Belgian HR publisher HR Square, held on 19 November 2026 at Flagey in Brussels. It addresses the record number of employees out of work through long-term illness: how to prevent long absences, what an adequate return-to-work policy looks like, and what HR can do to keep employees satisfied. The keynote is given by Prof. dr. Eva Geluk, Professor of Mental Health at Work at Antwerp Management School, on mental wellbeing and the often overlooked role of leaders, drawing on interviews with more than 70 managers, HR professionals and employees. The programme runs from 10:30 with welcome, keynote, a movement break, lunch, four break-out sessions and a networking drink at 16:30. The organiser's page is in Dutch and French.
