About the event
HR Talents Annual Meeting is the yearly gathering of HR Talents, an initiative of DCH, the international organisation of human capital executives, created to support young corporate HR professionals. The fourth edition takes place on 1 October 2026 from 17:00 to 20:30 at Esade, Calle de Valle de la Fuenfría 3 in Madrid. This year's theme is HR Trends & HR Tech: how artificial intelligence, data and new working models are changing the way companies attract, develop and retain talent. The agenda includes an institutional welcome, expert insights on HR's role in hybrid organisations governed with AI and on moving from surveys to organisational intelligence, and two executive round tables, “Human + Tech: El Futuro de RRHH” and “Bienestar 360º”. Speakers include HR leaders from LALIGA, Redeia, OTIS, Microsoft and Grupo Santalucía. The event is in Spanish, and places are requested through DCH's registration page. The short evening format suits HR staff in 51–250-employee companies who want to follow HR tech trends without losing a working day.
