The HR Tech & AI Conference, run by Boussias Events, is a one-day conference exploring the intersection of human potential and intelligent technology. The 2026 edition takes place on Thursday 5 November from 09:00 at the Telekom Academy auditorium in Marousi, northern Athens. The programme covers designing the AI-native organisation, human skills in the age of AI, AI governance, trust and accountability, digital co-workers and agentic AI, reinventing productivity, the skills economy, workforce transformation at scale and the future of human decision-making. The organiser stresses that it is not a technology showcase but a strategic look at how HR teams redesign work, with case-driven content from organisations already using AI. Tickets for in-person attendance cost €261 + 24% VAT in the early bird period until 29 September and €290 + VAT afterwards, with lower per-delegate rates for groups of three or more. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, it offers a grounded view of how to adopt AI responsibly without large internal HR tech teams.
