HR Tech Europe is an HR technology conference and exhibition organised by Arc Network and aimed at senior HR leaders shaping HR strategy and transformation. The 2027 edition takes place on 21–22 April 2027 at RAI Amsterdam; the call for speakers has closed and the programme is being prepared. The whole event takes place on the show floor, combining keynotes, conference sessions and an expo of HR tech providers. The organiser's figures for its latest edition cite 2,340 HR professionals from 86 countries and 111 HR tech solution providers. The 2026 agenda featured speakers such as Josh Bersin, Lucy Adams (Disruptive HR) and HR leaders from Pandora, Amazon.com, Marriott International and SoundCloud, on topics including predictive analytics for retention and AI's impact on the HR function. HR professionals, and others involved in buying HR technology, can register for a complimentary Premium Pass, while vendors and investors buy paid passes. For HR teams at companies with 51–250 employees, it is an efficient way to benchmark HR tech vendors.
