About the event
The conference organised by Polskie Stowarzyszenie HR will take place on 4th November 2026 at the Airport Hotel Okęcie in Warszawa and will focus entirely on one question: how to demonstrate HR's tangible impact on a company's results. The format is well-thought-out – before noon, business representatives will share their perspectives (what management truly expects from HR), and in the afternoon, HR practitioners will showcase tools and data. The day concludes with workshops. This event is designed for HR directors and managers, as well as CEOs, who wish to shift the conversation about HR from one of costs to one of investment and metrics. The participation fee is PLN 1000. For companies with 51–250 employees, it's an opportunity to practice the "HR in numbers" argument before discussions with their own management.
