HRko 2026, subtitled “The Celebration”, is billed by its organisers as the most packed people & culture show in Czechia and Slovakia. The main conference day takes place on 15 October 2026 at Gong in the Dolní oblast Vítkovice area of Ostrava. The organiser announces 1,100+ visitors, 100+ speakers, four stages and ten workshop HR rooms, alongside a Festival of HR Solutions expo with two stages of case studies on benefits, learning, HR systems and motivation, plus a Festival of Digital Skills. Themes range from employee experience, hybrid work and pay transparency to AI in HR and leadership, and an Evening Summit is available for a small surcharge. The programme is in Czech. Tickets are sold in price tiers, reaching CZK 8,888 excl. VAT from 1 October, and include all-inclusive catering. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees it is a practical place to compare HR software and hear case studies from peer organisations in a single day.
