Il Salone della Formazione is HR Link's show on corporate training and learning, now in its fifth edition. In 2026 it is hosted inside People Tech Forum, the HR and learning technology event organised by Ecosistema Formazione Italia, on 1–2 October at Fondazione Golinelli, Via P. N. Costa 14, Bologna. The organiser designs it for senior HR profiles who lead talent strategy: two days of focus groups, labs and meetings bringing together HR directors, learning and development managers, corporate academy leads and others responsible for skills management. Workshops cover training methods and technology, including the use of training in recruitment and career management, with sessions such as one on LMS platforms and artificial intelligence. Discussions feed an HR Playbook titled “Future-Ready Learning: People, Technologies and Culture for the Organisation”. Access is free for HR professionals via the registration form, while non-HR visitors need a People Tech Forum ticket. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees building their first structured training programmes, it offers concrete examples from peers.
