About the event
This is the most important December event for HR and payroll departments. The conference, organised by Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce (Warsaw Branch), will take place on 9–10 December 2026 at the Presidential Hotel in Warszawa and will summarise changes in labour law and settlements for the 2026/2027 turn of the year. A key block will cover the new pay transparency regulations for 2027: reporting on the gender pay gap and job evaluation – areas that will significantly affect companies employing 100+ employees. The programme also includes new entitlements for PIP (National Labour Inspectorate), termination notices, working time, parental rights, as well as payroll, ZUS and taxes at the turn of the year. Speakers include Aldona Salamon and Elżbieta Młynarska-Wełpa. The two-day price is 1990–2240 zł net (with a lower rate for registrations by 10 November 2026 and for SKwP members); a one-day ticket is also available.
