KI-X HR Convention is a two-day congress on artificial intelligence in HR, organised by Quadriga Media Berlin together with the German Association of HR Managers (BPM) and billed by the organisers as Germany's largest AI congress for HR. The 2026 edition takes place on 18–19 November at the Colosseum Filmtheater Berlin and its adjoining historic tram depot on Schönhauser Allee 123 in Prenzlauer Berg. The organisers cite 600+ participants, 60+ sessions and 50+ speakers, with interactive labs and workshops alongside talks. The 2026 focus is on AI taking over whole process steps in recruiting, HR services, learning and workforce planning, and on the data, governance and skills this requires. Keynote speakers include Anna Kopp (Microsoft Digital Germany) and ethicist Prof. Dr Alena Buyx, with practitioners from Siemens Energy, BioNTech, Deutsche Telekom, HUGO BOSS and Merck. The ticket includes the KI-X Night evening event. The programme is in German; BPM members get reduced rates. Case studies from Mittelstand firms help smaller HR teams judge where AI can realistically save time.
