About the event
The jubilee 15th edition of Kongres Profesjonalistów HR, themed "HR as a Navigator of Paradoxes," will take place on 28–29 October 2026 at the Courtyard by Marriott in Warszawa, in both in-person and online formats. This is Poland's largest gathering of HR Business Partnering practitioners, organised by the "HR Business Partner" magazine. The first day features presentations and panel discussions (including the AI Act in HR practice, the Pay Transparency Directive as a test of HR maturity, and the top performer mindset), while the second day offers three parallel workshops: implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive, people analytics and HR KPIs, and automation of HR processes with AI (building a People & Culture architecture ready for the AI era). Among the experts are Dr. Barbara Zych, Karina Popieluch, Roman Bieda, and Małgorzata Czernecka; special guests include Mateusz Damięcki and Paulina Andrzejewska-Damięcka, and the evening event will be hosted by Sebastian Kotow. The workshop on implementing the Pay Transparency Directive is particularly valuable for HRBPs from companies with 51–250 employees, providing a ready-made roadmap and self-assessment of readiness.
