The Leadership and HR Management Conference, organised by IMH together with PwC Cyprus, has been a meeting place for Cypriot executives shaping the future of work for twenty-five years. The 25th edition, titled "The People Economy", takes place on 25 November 2026 at the Hilton in Nicosia, from 08:30 to 14:30, in English. Sessions look at how great employers attract, develop and retain people, leadership development in practice, how HR is preparing organisations for the AI era, and what great organisations will look like in 2035, with leading Cypriot CEOs joining. Speakers include Cleo Papadopoulou, Chief Learning Officer at PwC Cyprus. For the first time, the day also features "The People Economy Honors", a recognition ceremony for Cyprus's biggest employers. Registration costs €220 + VAT for the first participant, €200 + VAT for the second and €180 + VAT for three or more from the same company. For HR managers in companies with 51–250 employees, it offers a chance to benchmark retention and leadership practices against the island's largest employers.
