meetbenefit is Poland's largest event dedicated to non-wage benefits, combining a fair with a conference and workshops. The 7th edition will take place on 23 September 2026 (from 08:00 to 18:00) at Centrum Nauki Kopernik in Warsaw. Participation is free for internal HR department representatives and managerial staff. In one day, you can review the entire benefits market, listen to case studies, and talk to providers. The scale is real: the previous edition of the meetbenefit Forum at Centrum Nauki Kopernik attracted over 400 attendees. This event is particularly beneficial for companies with 51–250 employees looking to build or refresh their benefits offering without a large budget, and to understand how the Pay Transparency Directive impacts the valuation of non-wage benefits.
