About the event
A small-scale, 4th edition conference (limited to 50 attendees) for those responsible for people development: HR Business Partners, L&D, Talent Development, DEI, and Employee Experience teams. The programme combines a power speech, a business panel, case studies (Bank Pekao, ING, Santander Consumer Bank), "Ask the Expert" consultations, technology demos, and commentary from an EMCC expert (Prof. David Clutterbuck).
