About the event
The Nordic HR AI Summit 2027 is organised by Copenhagen-based Sylvester & co and brings together decision-makers, practitioners, thought leaders and solution providers to explore, challenge and embed AI in HR. It takes place on 6–7 January 2027 at Pilestræde 61 in central Copenhagen. Each day has its own audience: Wednesday 6 January, "From Strategy to Practice", is aimed at talent acquisition leaders, L&D professionals, HRIS experts and senior HR business partners, while Thursday 7 January, "The CHRO Agenda", is for Nordic CHROs and HR directors setting the strategic direction for AI transformation. The programme includes keynotes and panel discussions; announced contributors include Sanna Marttila of the IT University of Copenhagen and track leaders from Monta, Sydbank and Thomson Reuters. A single day costs DKK 3,000 excl. VAT and both days DKK 5,000 excl. VAT, while HRAI Network members attend free. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the practitioner day shows how AI is being introduced into recruitment, learning and HR systems.
