About the event
OEB Global, formerly Online Educa Berlin, is an annual cross-sector conference and exhibition on digital learning and training, held since 1995 and organised by OEB Learning Technologies Europe GmbH. Now in its 31st year, the 2026 edition runs on 2–4 December at the InterContinental Berlin (Budapester Straße 2). Wednesday 2 December is a pre-conference day with bookable workshops; the main conference with more than 130 sessions takes place on 3–4 December, alongside an exhibition of learning technologies. The organiser expects over 2,000 participants from more than 70 countries across education, business and the public sector. Under the theme "Sovereign Learning", the 2026 programme asks how to integrate intelligent systems into learning without eroding human judgement, and what must change in how people are prepared for work. The standard rate is €1,075 + VAT, and a networking evening on 3 December costs €80 + VAT. For HR and L&D staff in companies with 51–250 employees, it is a place to see where workforce training and learning technology are heading.
