People & Digital – HR 2027 is a one-day conference for HR professionals organised by CONECTIO GROUP, following last year's HOW NOW! HR 2026 conference. It runs on 13 November 2026 from 8:30 to 15:30 at Microsoft's offices at Vyskočilova 1561/4a in Prague 4. The programme is built around three themes: manager communication as a key competence during change, who looks after HR when pressure grows, and how to move from AI training to AI projects that cut HR administration.
