People & Culture HORIZONS is an HR and business conference in Zagreb organised by DeeP Project under the motto "Inspiring People, Transforming Culture!". The 2026 edition takes place on 26–27 November at the Mozaik Event Centar, Slavonska avenija 6/2, with parking in the HOB centre complex. The programme is built around five themes: foundations (organisational structure and responsibilities), functioning (HR practices and leading change), results (fair reward systems and productivity), people (behaviour and development) and the future (AI and the regulatory framework). The keynote, by World Bank Group senior economist Josip Funda, looks at how organisations make decisions when the rules of the game change, and speakers include Marija Felkel of Perutnina Ptuj Group. The organiser expects more than 500 leaders. The registration fee includes full catering on both days; the Regular rate is €349 excl. VAT until 19 November, then €499, with a fourth ticket free for teams of four. Its focus on structure, pay and productivity fits HR teams in growing companies with 51–250 employees.
