About the event
People Tech Forum is an event run by Ecosistema Formazione Italia (EFI), a non-profit association, dedicated to national and international technologies and innovative solutions for training and human resources. The first edition takes place on 1–2 October 2026 at Fondazione Golinelli in Bologna, organised in collaboration with BI-REX Competence Center, Fondazione Golinelli and HR Link, whose Salone della Formazione is hosted inside the forum. The organiser expects more than 100 speakers, 800+ B2B participants and 40+ sponsors, with a programme spread across three stages, two workshop rooms and an exhibition area. Sessions look at how to integrate platforms, AI, virtual reality and analytics into people and organisational development, and all sessions are recorded for registered attendees. Entry is free for HR directors, HRBPs, recruiters and L&D staff; supplier tickets cost €120 per day, or €90 on the early-bird rate until 28 September. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, it is a practical way to compare HR and learning technology vendors side by side before choosing new tools.
