Personal & Chef is Easyfairs' trade fair and conference for HR professionals, managers and leaders, billed by the organiser as the largest meeting place in the Nordics for everyone who leads and develops staff. The 2027 edition takes place on 9–10 February at Kistamässan, Arne Beurlings Torg 5 in Kista, Stockholm, open 09:00–17:00 on the first day and 09:00–16:00 on the second. Four stages host a seminar programme on leadership and HR; the 2026 programme covered leadership development, recruitment in the age of AI and preventive workplace health, and speakers announced for 2027 include Anna-Carin Alderin (4 Day Week Sverige), Calle Fleur (Chef & Chefakademin) and Johannes Sundlo. Entry is free, but visitors must register; the fair is open only to professionals from business and the public sector aged 18 or over, not to students. Most seminars require no pre-booking. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the free exhibition floor is a practical way to meet HR software and service providers.
