About the event
The Personalmanagementkongress (PMK) is the annual congress of the German Association of HR Managers (BPM), organised with Quadriga and described by the organiser as the largest congress for strategic people management in the German-speaking world. The 2027 edition takes place on 24 and 25 June 2027 at the bcc Berlin Congress Center, with a parallel digital format. The 2026 edition, held under the motto "Klarheit" (clarity), offered more than 130 hours of HR content from over 150 speakers in four theme tracks, plus workshops, expert sessions and spotlights on SMEs and the public sector. The congress is open exclusively to in-house HR professionals, from HR officers to HR board members; HR service providers can only take part through the partner programme. It is held in German, and BPM members receive discounted rates. Super-early-bird tickets are on sale, with savings of up to €400. If the SME spotlight returns, it will add content directly relevant to HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees.
