About the event
Personalmesse München, powered by Zukunft Personal, is the regional HR trade fair for southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The 2026 edition takes place on 20–21 October in Hall 1 of the MOC – Event Center Messe München (Lilienthalallee 40), open 09:00–17:30 on the first day and 09:00–17:00 on the second. According to the organiser, visitors can expect a stage programme of around 100 sessions over two days, including workshops and interactive formats, and more than 80 exhibitors, partners and sponsors from the HR sector. Formats include the vendor-free HR RoundTable, the Solution Stages, the BDVT-Forum on training and people development, and the ZP & Friends Lounge for networking. Themes range from recruiting, leadership and learning to AI, corporate health, engagement and people analytics. A day ticket costs €20 and a two-day ticket €30. With SME executives named explicitly as a target group, it is a practical, low-cost way for HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees to compare HR software and services in one place.
